If you take pride in being in the field, solving problems in real time, and seeing systems operate the way they were intended, this is an environment where your skillset will be fully utilized and your impact clearly recognized.What You Will Do:Small, tight-knit team environment where your work is highly visible and your contributions directly impact project success, giving you a strong sense of ownership and recognition.Hands-on, field-focused role where you can stay engaged in installation, troubleshooting, and system optimization without being pulled heavily into design responsibilities, allowing you to focus on what you do best.Opportunity to work on complex, high-impact projects across government and municipal facilities, where your expertise plays a critical role in maintaining system performance, reliability, and long-term functionality.What We Are Looking For:3+ years of experience with HVAC control systems, including installation and/or service, point-to-point check-out, troubleshooting, and programming experienceIn-depth control system experience, proprietary systems valued like Automated Logic, Johnson Controls, etc. and Niagara integration experience all highly valuedTechnical knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment, AHU's, VAV's, boilers, chillers etc.Mechanical aptitude and controls systems knowledge, including ability to read blueprints and electrical schematicsBACnet, MODbus and/or Lonworks experiencePolished professional – someone that loves the technology and works to hone their craft.Motivated team player with customer focused attitude.Computer skills including MS Office, Windows, File Structure, AutoCAD, VISIO, and basic TCP/IP network structure and web navigationBachelor's/Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
