This is a hands-on opportunity supporting highly automated production equipment in a modern manufacturing environment with excellent earning potential and long-term career growth.Position DetailsLocation: Columbus, NEShift: 3rd ShiftMonday through Friday11:00 PM – 7:00 AMRotating on-call schedule every 4th weekendSaturday hours paid at overtimeSunday hours paid at double timePay:$25.63–$42.56/hour (depending on experience)+$1.50/hour 3rd Shift differentialWhat You'll Be Working OnYou'll support a highly automated, 300,000-square-foot automotive manufacturing facility featuring:160+ Fanuc robotic welding cellsStamping pressesTube millsPaint line conveyorsAutomated production equipmentThis is a hands-on production floor role focused on maximizing equipment uptime through electrical troubleshooting, controls support, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement.What We're Looking For2+ years of industrial maintenance or controls experience in an automated manufacturing environmentStrong electrical troubleshooting skillsExperience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment (Allen-Bradley preferred)Basic PLC diagnostics and ladder logic troubleshootingAbility to read and interpret electrical schematicsExperience troubleshooting industrial electrical systems, control panels, motors, sensors, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic systemsExperience supporting stamping presses, robotic welding cells, or paint line conveyors is a plusFanuc robotics experience preferredAssociate's degree in Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or equivalent hands-on experience preferredIf you're looking for a stable opportunity where you'll work with advanced automation, robotics, and PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment while being part of a strong maintenance team, we'd love to connect with you.
