* Location: Anchorage, AK (approx. 15% travel to remote sites)
* Status: Full-Time
* Work Split: 50% Office / 50% Field
Key Responsibilities:
* Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair Building Automation Systems (BAS)
* Program, update, and rewrite sequences for energy management platforms
* Perform commissioning, functional testing, and point-to-point verification
* Install, terminate, and test BAS wiring and related field devices
* Work with graphical front-end systems such as Tridium or Automated Logic
* Assist with parts ordering and support field installation crews
* Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients during site visits
* Deliver reliable technical support and maintain clear communication with end users
Ideal Candidate:
* 2+ years of experience as a BAS or Controls Technician
* Proficient with commissioning, controls programming, and graphics development
* Familiar with Tridium-based systems and Automated Logic controls
* Able to diagnose and correct both hardware and software-related issues
* Comfortable traveling to remote Alaska job sites when needed (flights provided)
* Team-oriented and confident working with contractors and facility operators
