Design and implement controls improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve reliability. Job Functions / ResponsibilitiesDesigns and implements modifications to existing electrical system which includes robotics, automation equipment and CNC machines. Solicits bids, selects contractors, and coordinates with maintenance and production as required. Ensures projects are completed within budget and on schedule, ensuring that the contractor follows all Paccar Inc safety requirementsCoordinates and supervises major maintenance, emergency repairs, and corrective actions on equipment and facilitiesMaintains necessary records and documentation, preparing management reports as necessaryImplement and maintain computerized PLC and CNCProvide maintenance supervision support as neededContinuous improvement working with IT department and integrated process monitoring systemsFollow plant’s standards for filing and maintaining documentation per ISO standards.
