Controls Engineer – Ignition SCADA & PLC Programming
Edison Smart are looking for an experienced Controls Engineer specializing in the design, development, programming and commissioning of industrial automation and control systems. Strong technical background in Ignition SCADA development and PLC programming.

Role Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy Ignition SCADA applications using Perspective and Vision.
- Develop Design and maintain PLC programmes using Allen-Bradley (Studio 5000)
- Configure SCADA systems, including HMI development, alarm management, real-time monitoring and process visualisation.
- Integrate PLCs with Ignition SCADA using OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP and industrial communication protocols.
Requirements
- Ignition Core or Gold Certified
- Degree Educated
- Proven experience with the PLC Programming platform Allen Bradley
- Experience with Ignition
