Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent; or four to ten years Manufacturing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient with computer tools.
- Strong fundamental knowledge of control and electrical system design and its application in automated industrial designs including specification of vision, power, sensor, inspection, and communications systems.
- Well versed in process analysis.
- Experience with manufacturing processes and initiative such as six sigma, and statistical process control.
- Experience in project management and interaction with customers and suppliers.
- Basic knowledge or training of 5's, Lockout & Tagout procedures, Basic Plant safety, Hazardous waste, ISO-14001, and Quality, materials, and environmental procedures and policies
- Efficiently organize and plan work tasks to meet company goals.
- Critical thinking with exceptional problem-solving skills, able to work independently and in team environments.
- Proactive, resourceful & highly motivated with good communication skills and ability to work in high output environment.
- Ability to balance multiple projects.
