In this role, you will develop and optimize control systems, integrate sensors and motion control, and troubleshoot complex equipment issues to improve safety, quality, and throughput. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams, support commissioning of new equipment, maintain documentation and standards, and drive continuous improvement in a people-first, safety-focused environment.
