Controls/Electrical Engineer. This job is responsible for the design, detailing, and support of the controls for equipment with the support and guidance of the entire team.
What’s a Typical Day Like?
- Design the control and electrical schemes for automated equipment, including panel layouts, power, control, communication distribution, and schematics
- Create bills of material
- Assist with installation at customer's facilities
- Assist in FAT/Prototype assembly/builds/troubleshooting
- 15-25% travel required

What Are the Requirements of the Job?
- 3-5 years of engineering design experience
- Experience with PLCs - preferred Siemens and AB
- CAD experience - AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, E-Plan xhqgsiq
- Electrical Engineering, Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Equipment experience or Industrial, Construction, Manufacturing experience
- Panel building experience
- PLC, RFID, Proximity Switch knowledge/experience
