nPosition Summary
nThe Controls & Reporting Lead is responsible for establishing, managing, and continuously improving the operational controls, performance reporting, governance visibility, and business intelligence processes supporting Facilities Operations and Site Services functions across the manufacturing facility.
nThis role serves as the operational controls leader responsible for ensuring Facilities, Maintenance, Site Services, Utilities Coordination, Vendor Management, and related support functions operate with accurate, timely, and actionable visibility into performance, risks, issues, resource utilization, service delivery, and operational readiness.
nWorking under the direction of the Operations Manager – Facilities, the Controls & Reporting Lead develops reporting frameworks, dashboard solutions, governance processes, KPI management programs, and executive reporting packages that support data-driven decision-making across the Facilities organization.
nThe Controls & Reporting Lead partners closely with Facilities Operations, Maintenance Operations, Warehouse Operations, Manufacturing Operations, Digital Systems Integration, Safety Operations, Finance, and Program Leadership to establish a common operating picture for site support functions.
nThis position plays a critical role in supporting site mobilization, workforce ramp, operational launch, and long-term operational maturity through disciplined controls management and performance reporting.
