MarBorg Industries seeks a Controller to lead all accounting and financial reporting for our family-owned waste management and environmental services company in Santa Barbara. In this role, you will oversee GL, AP, AR, payroll, budgeting, and forecasting, while ensuring GAAP compliance and strong internal controls. You’ll partner closely with operations to analyze route, fleet, and facility performance, support capital planning, and provide insight on profitability.
The Controller will lead a small team, coordinate audits, and help advance MarBorg’s sustainability-focused, community-centered mission.
