Responsibilities include managing the monthly close, general ledger, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and job costing, as well as budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management. The Controller will oversee payroll, AR/AP, and financial reporting, ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations, support audits, and provide analysis to improve margins, efficiency, and capital planning in a precision, safety-focused manufacturing environment.
