I am hiring for my client, a growing manufacturing organization seeking a hands-on accounting leader who can bring structure, develop the team, and own the full accounting cycle.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, improving processes, and coaching a developing accounting team. You’ll oversee AP and AR while helping build stronger procedures and consistency across the accounting function.
What they’re looking for:
- Manufacturing experience is a must
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong full-cycle accounting knowledge
- Prior management experience, including oversight of AP and AR
- Advanced Excel skills
- A leader who enjoys training, mentoring, and developing a team
- Comfortable working in an evolving, less-structured environment
- Ability to create and improve standard operating procedures and accounting processes
Nice to have:
- Power BI experience
- Master’s degree and/or CPA
- Global accounting experience
