We are seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for its manufacturing business. This role oversees financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, month-end close, job costing, inventory, revenue recognition, and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations and month-end close.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Manage job costing, inventory, and project profitability.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, ASC 606, and tax requirements.
• Maintain internal controls and financial reporting.
• Support ERP systems, with Syteline experience preferred.
• Partner with operations, sales, engineering, and other departments.
• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of accounting/finance experience , preferably in manufacturing.
• Previous Controller or similar leadership experience.
• Strong financial analysis, cost accounting, and job costing experience.
• Experience with ERP systems; Syteline preferred .
• Strong Excel, communication, analytical, and leadership skills. xhqgsiq
