This role partners closely with operations to analyze production costs, margins, and inventory, and to support pricing and capital investment decisions.
The Controller will manage audits, cash flow, and internal controls while mentoring a small finance team in a culture focused on safety, craftsmanship, reliability, and continuous improvement.
