Client/Job Summary:

Our client is an established public company looking for a Controller to oversee the accounting department and performance of the business, including finance, accounting, IT, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support financial reporting, P&L, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, balance sheet, close processes, internal controls, and cash flow.
• Partner with business leaders and provide financial input to help make data-driven decisions and support the financial performance of the company.
• Oversee finance, accounting, and the general operations of the company to improve productivity, profitability, and working capital.
• Work cross-functionally to oversee other business functions and support multiple entities, including inter-company accounting.

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting.
• CPA strongly preferred.
• Experience in multi-entity operations, public company, manufacturing, and government contracting preferred.
• Experience leading and developing finance and accounting teams preferred.
