Our Scottsdale Manufacturing client is seeking a hands-on Interim Controller to provide hands-on accounting leadership with a strong emphasis on GAAP compliance and financial consolidations . This position will be on-site in their Scottsdale office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Will oversee the month-end close and consolidated financial reporting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements across multiple entities
- Will prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP
- Will manage multi-entity accounting, including intercompany transactions, eliminations, and reconciliations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Required manufacturing industry background with strong cost and inventory accounting expertise.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations and manufacturing ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. xhqgsiq
