A growing small company managing its own portfolio of assets—including real estate, agriculture, and private investments—is hiring a Controller to join its executive leadership team. As a Controller of a small company, you must wear many different hats. In other words, as a Controller, you are 15% Accountant, 25% Accounting Manager, 40% Controller, 20% CFO.
Overview
- Location: 100% onsite in Santa Monica, CA
- Compensation: Base salary up to $170K + performance-based bonus
- Team size: Fewer than 10 employees

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
