Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Oversee all accounting functions, including AP, AR, Payroll, General Ledger, and Income Audit
• Manage month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, and audit coordination
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management activities
• Maintain internal controls, compliance programs, and accounting procedures
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• 3+ years of direct hotel accounting or hotel finance experience required
• Strong knowledge of USALI, hotel financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• CPA and prior Controller, Assistant Controller, or Director of Finance experience preferred
