$130,000 - $160,000 Base

Key Responsibilities For The Controller

• Direct the company's accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance
• Drive the annual budgeting process and provide financial insights to support business planning and operational performance
• Monitor liquidity, cash management, and financial health to support continued growth
• Establish, refine, and enforce accounting policies, controls, and financial best practices
• Lead audit, tax, and compliance activities while serving as a key finance resource for leadership
• Build, mentor, and scale the accounting function while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through technology and automation

Qualifications For The Controller

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA or CMA
• Progressive accounting leadership experience with responsibility for financial reporting and team management
• Strong foundation in GAAP, internal controls, budgeting, cost accounting, and financial analysis
