CONTROLLER | PRINCETON, NJ | HYBRID – 120k - 130k
I'm working with a growing, entrepreneurial business in Princeton, NJ, looking to add a hands-on Controller to its team.
This is an opportunity to take ownership of the accounting function, work directly with the CEO, and help build efficient, scalable processes in a collaborative environment.

- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote

- Ownership of the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, and month-end close

What they're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong full-cycle accounting, GAAP, and month-end close knowledge
- Advanced QuickBooks and solid Excel skills
- A hands-on professional who can operate independently and take ownership
- SaaS, subscription-based, or professional services experience is a plus
