This role oversees general ledger, cost accounting, job costing, budgets, cash flow, and monthly/annual close. The Controller will implement strong internal controls, ensure GAAP compliance, coordinate audits, and manage AP/AR and payroll.
Partner with operations to analyze production costs, margins, and capital investments. Lead and mentor a small finance team, support ERP/reporting improvements, and provide clear financial insights that drive safety-focused, quality, and continuous-improvement decisions.
