We're partnering with a growing, private equity-backed organization to find an experienced Controller who has led an entire accounting department.

This is not a siloed role. The Controller will oversee the full accounting operation, including close, financial reporting, GL, AP, AR, internal controls, compliance, systems, audit, and ASC 842 lease accounting .
The strongest fit will bring:
- 10 to 15+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Previous Controller-level experience
- Leadership of a complete accounting department
- Strong ASC 842 knowledge
- Experience in a $100M+ small to mid-sized organization
- Experience leading external xhqgsiq audits
- Multi-entity or multi-location accounting experience
- A confident, hands-on leadership style
- The ability to pivot quickly in a changing environment
- CPA preferred; MBA is a plus
