We're partnering with a growing, private equity-backed organization to find an experienced Controller who has led an entire accounting department.
This is not a siloed role. The Controller will oversee the full accounting operation, including close, financial reporting, GL, AP, AR, internal controls, compliance, systems, audit, and ASC 842 lease accounting.
The strongest fit will bring:
- 10 to 15+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Previous Controller-level experience
- Leadership of a complete accounting department
- Strong ASC 842 knowledge
- Experience in a $100M+ small to mid-sized organization
- Experience leading external audits
- Multi-entity or multi-location accounting experience
- A confident, hands-on leadership style
- The ability to pivot quickly in a changing environment
- CPA preferred; MBA is a plus
