What You'll Do
- Lead all accounting and financial operations
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Oversee general ledger, financial reporting, AP, AR, cash management, and internal controls
- Drive accounting automation and process improvement initiatives
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning, profitability, and operational performance
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Develop scalable processes to support future growth
- Leverage ERP technology and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency
What We're Looking For
✅ Extensive accounting and finance leadership experience
✅ Manufacturing or production industry experience highly preferred
✅ Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience preferred
✅ Strong technical accounting knowledge
