Base pay range
$130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr
Focus of the role
- Own monthly close (target: 3 business days) and ensure accurate reporting
- Strengthen cash flow and collections discipline
- Deliver profitability analysis that drives pricing and project strategy
- Build processes, develop the team, and modernize systems
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting + 5 - 7 years of related experience
- Background in construction or manufacturing finance (cost accounting expertise is key)
- ERP/automation skills (Spectrum experience a plus)
- Hands‑on leadership style, strong business partnering ability
- Project accounting or plant controller experience preferred
- Degree in Accounting and CPA preferred
