Controller - Onsite

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 3-4 staff
• Lead month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely reconciliations of all accounts, (balance sheet, income statement, multiple banks, etc.)
• Hands-on - “Lead by Example” complex account reconciliations, including cash, payroll accruals, and other treasury-related accounts
• Manage external audits with the CPA firm
• Manage and resolve discrepancies in financial records, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Support process controls and efficiency initiatives
• Work with internal teams to ensure financial controls and compliance
• Assist with audit and tax preparation and provide supporting documents to external auditors

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 10+ years of accounting experience with current staff supervision
• SALT Tax and Sales and Use tax exposure
• Multi-entity accounting and reconciliation experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
