Responsibilities
- Lead all accounting and financial reporting activities for the organization
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
- Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
- Manage inventory accounting, cost accounting, and manufacturing reporting
- Analyze production costs, margins, and operational performance metrics
- Partner with operations and senior leadership to support strategic decision-making
- Coordinate audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements within SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or MBA preferred
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Manufacturing industry experience required
Required Skills
- Strong background in cost accounting, inventory accounting, and financial reporting
- SAP experience is required
- Experience leading accounting teams and managing financial operations
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills
- Strong communication and business partnering abilities
