Overview

In this Controller role, you will lead financial strategy and operations for a diverse client base within a hybrid work setting. You'll guide scalable finance processes, support fund launches and restructurings, and strengthen advisory capabilities across service lines. You'll work closely with executive teams to drive growth and ensure high-quality financial reporting. This position offers a hands-on leadership role in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment that values client success and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide outsourced CFO leadership and financial advisory services to clients
• Guide financial planning, capital management, and performance optimization
• Lead major financial initiatives including growth strategies and fund restructurings
• Supervise teams across multiple client relationships to ensure quality and delivery
• Collaborate with tax, HR, insurance, and technology to deliver integrated solutions
• Develop new client relationships and expand advisory opportunities
• Oversee financial reporting structures for diverse business models
• Support advisory capability development and firm growth

Key requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) in finance, accounting, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience (15 preferred)
• Proven expertise in financial planning, reporting, and scaling operations
• Strong leadership and team/client relationship management
• Ability to oversee complex financial initiatives and reporting structures
• Familiarity with hybrid work environments
• Experience in advisory services and scalable finance processes
• Exceptional communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams
