Controller - Hybrid Nashville - Opportunity to Grow - Up to $140,000 Base Plus Bonus
My client, a growing, dynamic services company, is seeking a hands-on Controller . This role is hybrid. The salary is up to $140,000 base plus bonus. Permanent direct hire.
Responsibilities of the Controller:
- Manage two reports.
- Work with operations and people in different departments to explain financial information in layman’s terms.
- Oversee general ledger, month end close and produce financial reports.
- Produce the annual budget and forecasts.
- Provide financial analysis, with emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
- Works with external auditors.
Must Have Qualifications for the Controller:
- Four years or more of accounting experience.
