We’re seeking an experienced finance and accounting leader to oversee financial operations for a growing medical manufacturing company. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, hands-on professional who can lead a finance team, strengthen financial processes, and partner with executive leadership to drive business performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required; MBA with a concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred
- 8+ years of senior-level accounting and finance experience, ideally within manufacturing
- 5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, budgeting, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting and finance functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audits
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly and annual financial statements
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls, financial policies, and processes
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning and business decisions
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and industry standards
