Beaver Dam Farms is seeking an exceptional Controller to oversee and lead the financial operations of our diverse and growing businesses. This is not a traditional accounting position—this is an opportunity for a driven leader to build systems, develop people, improve processes, and help shape the future of an extraordinary organization.
Nestled on approximately 1,000 acres , Beaver Dam Farms is a private estate featuring a working farm, cattle operations, a private 18-hole golf course, lodging, special projects, and multiple real estate holdings. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who thrives on ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Position Summary
The Controller will have complete responsibility for the accounting and financial operations of Beaver Dam Farms and its affiliated entities. This individual will oversee accounting staff, establish internal controls, implement policies and procedures, ensure financial accuracy, and provide leadership across multiple businesses.
This position requires someone who is proactive, highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident leading people while improving processes. We are looking for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do—they identify opportunities, create solutions, and execute at a high level.
ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance
* Oversee all accounting functions across multiple companies
* Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
* Maintain accurate general ledgers
* Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes
