Key Responsibilities for the North American Controller:
- Lead North American accounting operations and monthly close
- Drive process improvement initiatives across accounting, close, and reporting
- Oversee cost accounting, inventory, and manufacturing finance activities
- Strengthen internal controls and support SOX compliance
- Manage and develop a multi-location accounting team
Qualifications for the North American Controller:
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience in manufacturing environments
- Experience in a publicly traded company
- CPA required
- Proven success leading teams and improving accounting processes
