Compensation:
$120,000 – $140,000 base salary + Bonus Plan
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring accurate financial reporting under US GAAP
- Manage and lead accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll functions
- Develop and manage forecasting and budgeting processes, analyzing trends and financial metrics
- Lead general ledger reconciliations, ensuring the integrity of financial data
- Assist in strategic business and disaster planning alongside executive leadership
- Monitor and report on key business trends including labor, materials, and expenses
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize pricing, costs, and margins
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
- 7+ years of experience
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to develop team members
- Deep experience in SOX and GAAP compliance within a manufacturing setting
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to proactively review and interpret financial data
- Experience using ERP systems
- Experience in operational finance with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Adaptability to manage multiple projects in a high-visibility role
