  • Technology & Process Improvement: Optimize accounting systems, automate repetitive tasks, improve workflows, and build simple, cost-effective processes that can scale with the business.
  • Leadership Support: Partner with leadership to identify trends, improve profitability, solve problems, and support informed business decisions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Several years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a Controller or Accounting Manager role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, month-end close, and accounting principles.
  • Experience with multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks or comparable accounting software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with commission accounting, multistate compliance, and process automation is a plus.
The Ideal Candidate

You combine strong accounting knowledge with sound judgment, technological aptitude, and a desire to improve both financial performance and operational efficiency.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to work closely with leadership, take meaningful ownership of the financial function, and directly influence the efficiency, profitability, and growth of the business.
