Controller Investment Management

Overview
In this role you will oversee fund accounting, financial reporting, NAV review, and investor allocations to support a fast-growing investment platform. You will partner with investment, operations, and leadership to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and scalable infrastructure. You will drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency while aligning with regulatory and tax reporting needs. Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting, financial reporting, NAV review, investor allocations, capital activity, and partnership accounting
• Manage relationships with third-party fund administrators and review fund financial reporting deliverables
• Partner with investment and operations teams on accounting for long/short strategies, derivatives, options, and complex instruments
• Review portfolio valuations, reconciliations, and fund activity for accuracy and compliance
• Coordinate annual audits and collaborate with external tax advisors on fund and investor reporting
• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory reporting processes
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and leverage technology to enhance reporting and efficiency
• Partner with senior leadership on fund oversight, strategic initiatives, and new product launches
