What you’ll do:
- Lead all accounting operations including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business strategy
- Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with GAAP standards
- Partner with leadership on financial planning, KPIs, and performance insights
- Manage audits, tax coordination, and external financial relationships
- Develop and mentor accounting staff while improving processes and efficiencies
What you bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
