Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and invoice approvals.
• Manage month-end close and financial reporting activities.
• Handle WIP reporting and AIA billings.
• Drive accounting process improvements and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications for the Controller:

• 7+ years of accounting experience.
• Construction accounting experience required.
• Experience with WIP schedules and AIA billings.
