Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, general ledger management, and internal controls.
• Manage and develop a team of two accounting professionals while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to accounting best practices.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and provide meaningful insights to leadership regarding business performance.
• Partner with operations and executive management on budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate audits, ensure compliance with GAAP, and continuously evaluate opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, and internal controls.
