Our client is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the company's accounting and financial reporting functions. This role will oversee the month-end close process, financial statement preparation, budgeting, cash management, internal controls, and audit coordination while partnering with executive leadership to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage all day-to-day accounting operations
- Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
- Coordinate external audits and tax filings
- Mentor and develop accounting staff
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 12+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
