CONTROLLER
My Client is looking for a Controller to join their growing team!
This is a great opportunity for an accounting leader who enjoys being hands-on, working closely with leadership, and having an impact on a mission-driven organization.
What you’ll do:
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Lead month-end and year-end close
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting & financial reporting
• Oversee AP, AR, payroll and general ledger
• Ensure strong internal controls and compliance
• Partner with leadership on financial strategy
• Lead and develop the accounting team
What they’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Controller or senior-level accounting experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Experience managing and developing a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• CPA preferred
