Target Compensation: $125,000 – $150,000

Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial analysis activities
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Lead accounting operations including general ledger, AP, AR, and payroll functions
• Develop and mentor accounting staff while partnering with executive leadership

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Prior leadership experience managing accounting teams
• CPA preferred with strong financial reporting and internal controls expertise
