Key Responsibilities for the Controller:
- Manage treasury functions and liquidity reporting
- Prepare and review regulatory call reports
- Provide general ledger oversight and controls
- Coordinate payroll through Insperity
- Oversee AP and bill pay processes
- Prior banking or financial institution experience required
- Prior Controller or Assistant Controller level experience
- Experience operating in lean or transitional environments
- Ability to work independently in a hands-on role
