Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Lead the monthly close process and oversee the general ledger.
• Prepare financial statements, cash flow reporting, management reports, and executive reporting packages.
• Manage external audits, lender reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Oversee cost accounting, inventory accounting, fixed assets, and lease accounting.
• Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and GAAP compliance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-person accounting team.

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience.
• Manufacturing accounting experience required.
• Experience with financial reporting, audits, month-end close, and cost accounting.
• Prior experience managing accounting staff and processes.
