Type: Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

Pay Range: $120k - $150k

Summary

Connect Search is hiring a Controller for a manufacturing client in Elkhorn.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze and interpret financial and statistical information in order to appraise profitability, performance against budget and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operating effectiveness of the organization.
• Maintain the organization’s system of accounts and keep books and records on all transactions and assets.
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, institute and maintain other planning, reporting and control procedures as required by management and other internal customers.
• Evaluate and recommend insurance coverage for protection against property loss and potential liabilities.
• Provide effective and timely financial controls for the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in financial and cost accounting.
• At least 3 years in a position equivalent to a controller or higher.
