Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage Accounting Department Staff
- Process and maintain bi-weekly payroll
- Review and report on all monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements to key stakeholders
- Monitor and manage financial controls to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles
- Coordinate audits of financial statements by independent auditors
- Manage 3rd Party relationships (CPA Firm, Banks, Treasury)
- Oversee Financial Reporting
- Conduct Ad-hoc Analysis
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, 8+ years of relevant experience, CPA preferred, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively with all management levels.
