Controller / Director of Accounting

MSH has partnered with a well-established, large-scale organization with a strong national presence and continued growth to identify a Director of Accounting & Controlling for its South Florida operations.

This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who can do more than manage the numbers. We're looking for a strong people leader who can develop teams, drive accountability, improve processes, and partner closely with senior leadership across the business.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Strong accounting and controllership leadership experience
• Experience within a large, complex corporate environment
• Deep knowledge of SOX, compliance, audits, and financial controls
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and elevate accounting teams
• Experience driving process improvement, transformation, and operational excellence
• Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, construction, or similarly complex environments is highly valuable
