A growth-oriented company, in Northfield, is searching for a hands‑on Controller/Director to assist in leading their organization. For this opportunity, candidates will need to be degreed in accounting/finance, have 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles, a CPA and public accounting experience is a plus but not mandatory, experience in the construction services industry is highly preferred. Experience with private‑equity owned portfolio companies is also highly preferred. Candidates will need to be pro‑active in their approach, enjoy “rolling‑up their sleeves” and be a positive, and effective, communicator and leader.

What You Offer:
- Degree in accounting/finance or similar field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance roles
- Experience as a hands‑on Controller, Director or similar role
- Must enjoy serving in a hands‑on role
- Experience to include accounting, finance, cash, budgeting, internal controls
- Assist with strategic planning
- Enjoy working in a PE/private‑equity atmosphere
- Experience in the construction services industry is preferred
- Small to mid‑size company experience
- Experience with M&A activity and integrating acquisitions
- CPA and public accounting industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong internal drive
- Positive, and effective, team leader
