What You Will Do:
- Lead and optimize accounting operations, policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Manage outsourced accounting functions and develop a high-performing team through cross-functional training
- Oversee month-end close processes, account reconciliations, customer setup, and billing accuracy
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP
- Develop and report key financial and operational metrics
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and profitability reporting processes
- Provide financial analysis, business insights, and performance recommendations, particularly for the Aftermarket business segment
- Partner with Operations to identify revenue, expense, and profitability improvement opportunities
- Coordinate audit support and ensure compliance with external reporting requirements xhqgsiq
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across accounting processes and field operations
What You Will Need to Be Successful:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA and/or MBA preferred
- At least 8 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Strong ERP systems knowledge and experience
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
