Small Company Controller
Join a growing organization seeking a hands-on Controller to lead day-to-day accounting and financial operations. This role will oversee month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and process improvements while partnering closely with leadership to support business strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger activities
- Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Support audits, tax filings, and financial analysis
- Partner with leadership on operational and strategic initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and month-end close
- Strong Excel and ERP system skills
- CPA or public accounting experience preferred
