Established, privately held organization seeks a Controller who can lead daily accounting operations while helping drive financial visibility, process improvements, and business performance.

This is an opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys being hands-on, leading a small team, and serving as a trusted financial partner to the CEO.
What You’ll Do as the Controller
- Oversee all accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, month-end close, financial reporting, inventory, and cost accounting.
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and financial reporting.
- Manage audits, tax compliance, multi-entity accounting, and multi-currency transactions.
- Optimize ERP systems and reporting to improve financial visibility and efficiency.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineered products, or other inventory-intensive industries.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
- A proactive, analytical leadership style with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
